At Joyspace Movement Lab we celebrate integrity and joy every day through explorations in music and movement.
We believe in helping our community age with integrity, balance life and health, optimize learning for children and explore different avenues of growth or improvement for the body, mind and spirit.
It is through moving in different ways that our brains and bodies continue to adapt & grow, optimizing our mental, spiritual, and physical health today and into the future.
JML offers classes in yoga, Qi-Gong and tai-chi for all seniors, adults and children. Seniors in particular can see immediate effects for joints, balance, to become more sure-footed and present and confident with every step.
Join us for our KINDERMUSIK classes for babies, toddlers and parents.
JML is committed to supporting family bonds through the exploration of music and movement together. With parents as primary teachers and participants in the front row, guiding and observing their child's progress and growth.
